Since beginning our partnership in 2021, 23 Marketing has helped SUNY Orange craft and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that have driven significant enrollment growth. Our collaboration’s success, recently extended through 2027, reflects the lasting value we bring to SUNY Orange.

As the Agency of Record for SUNY Orange, a leading educational institution in the Hudson Valley, 23 Marketing has implemented both traditional and digital marketing strategies that optimize the college’s resources for maximum impact. A core part of our role involves analyzing and communicating data to guide SUNY Orange’s leadership in making informed decisions, which has helped drive a remarkable 11 percent increase in student registrations in Fall 2023–the largest enrollment growth in more than 30 years. Our strategies have also boosted website traffic and student engagement, further contributing to the overall growth in admissions.

Our team has managed everything from social media advertising and graphic design to digital marketing, creating a unified brand presence across all platforms. We’ve integrated photography and videography into campaigns, utilizing these assets across broadcast, print, social media, and the college’s website. Additionally, we have worked hand-in-hand with SUNY Orange’s internal marketing teams to seamlessly integrate CRM systems into the college’s marketing, enrollment, and retention strategies to effectively target and engage prospective students. By focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics, our strategies have significantly increased website traffic, improved database segmentation, and boosted student engagement, with enrollment as a central focus.

In 2023, we launched the "Your Path" campaign, which has become central to SUNY Orange’s branding. We also supported new initiatives such as the creation of the SUNY Orange Plus as well as marketing for the SUNY Orange Foundation.
